Odie has been featured every September since #RyansMonthlyRescue has existed. We are hoping the third time is the charm for this sweet boy! Odie was originally in a Rhode Island based shelter, but is currently living comfortably in a foster home where he loves to nap, cuddle, and people watch out the window.
